I am a trumpet and piano teacher, a graduate of Newtown High School of the Performing Arts, and am currently studying Fine Arts (Music major) at UNSW. I am a professional performer with teaching experience. I have been playing trumpet and piano for 11 years now and teach beginner to intermediate students. I play classical, jazz and contemporary music and teach all genres! My lessons can be either online or face to face.
My lessons cater to the level and interests of my students, working to improve their ability while sparking an interest in their instrument. I do this by working with method books, on grade exams, and inspiring students by introducing them to new genres and styles. I work with my students to prepare for a range of exams and auditions, for leisure, or to learn the instrument itself! Lessons span from 30 minutes to one hour.
