I would like to offer violin lessons to all age groups – beginner to advanced level. Tuition for general purposes, preparing for exams or just to practice and improve your skills in violin playing.
I have gained a vast amount of experience in teaching the violin over the past few years. I have taught private lessons and also taught lessons under the supervision of academy professors during my studies.
I present lessons clearly, bringing enthusiasm and developing effective ways of overcoming learner barriers. I have an inherent ability to inspire enthusiasm, also create an atmosphere of learning through discovery.
I have experience with teaching beginner students from the age of 5 to advanced students studying at music schools, and also with adults. I prefer to tailor lessons to meet individual needs establishing high levels of technical ability and skills.
I studied at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava in the Slovak Republic, where I achieved a Master of Arts degree, and I have also passed the state pedagogical exam and achieved a qualification certificate for teaching the violin.
During my career, I have also been involved and participated as a violinist in various symphony and chamber orchestras in Austria, Slovak and Czech republic.
As a member of these orchestras, I performed on world-famous stages such as Berlin Philharmonic Chamber Hall, Cologne Philharmony, Musikverein Vienna, Rudolfinum Prague, Auditorio de Zaragoza, Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall, The Symphony Hall Osaka, Madison Square Garden NY, and many others.
Lessons can be provided at your or my place, whichever suits you best. I am located in Goodwood.
