Hi! I’m a university student who has been playing the flute since grade 3. Over the years, I have had extensive experience playing the flute solo and accompanied (as a requirement of AMEB exams), in an orchestra/band, in a jazz band, and as part of a multi-flute ensemble. I have completed seven AMEB exams, and completed VCE music performance, in which I was the highest scoring student in the class. I have been teaching flute for about two years now and love showing beginner flautists the basics of their instrument, and hear them discover their sound for the first time!
I am comfortable coming to your home or holding lessons in my own house, and have had the most experience in instructing youth flautists – I can comfortably teach anyone up to AMEB level 5. I have a Working with Children Check (employee) and am First Aid and CPR certified.
